Law Enforcement Torch Run Super Walk
for Special Olympics Rhode Island
For the past six years, a dedicated group of volunteers has taken on an incredible challenge — walking for 24 hours (about 70 miles on average) to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Rhode Island!
Participants walk in varying increments:- Some walk for 6 hours
- Some walk for 12 hours
- And a few go the distance and walk the full 24 hours!
This year’s Super Walk kicks off at 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 25 at City Park, Warwick and concludes on Sunday, October 26 at approximately 9:00 AM during the Special Olympics Rhode Island Fall Festival at Bryant University.
No matter the hours or miles covered, every participant is united by one goal: to support the athletes of Special Olympics Rhode Island and raise vital funds and awareness.
