For the past 36 years, I have had the honor and privilege to work for an organization that has made an incredible impact and difference in the lives of over 3,000 athletes that participate year-round in SORI. More importantly, I have witnessed firsthand the opportunities that my son, Michael has had through his involvement as an athlete, achieving his personal best on and off the playing fields. As our athletes overcome the challenges of the pandemic, we need your support to continue to build self-esteem and acceptance in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities in Rhode Island.
