A Message From Colin Tennant
On March 26th I will be taking the plunge into the FREEZING Atlantic Ocean to raise money and awareness for Special Olympics Rhode Island!
This is my first year participating in the Law Enforcement Torch Run Plunge and I’m very excited to be part of a great team who all have one goal….raising money and awareness of inclusion for the outstanding athletes.
Please consider making a donation of any dollar amount, (nothing is too small!) to my page and help me reach my goal and in doing so, you’re helping over 4000 Rhode Island athletes with intellectual disabilities to be able to take part in all of the year round events Special Olympics Rhode Island offers at no cost to them or their families.
Thank you for your support!
Colin

In Support of Special Olympics RI
Special Olympics is a global movement that unleashes the human spirit through the transformative power and joy of sports, every day around the world. Through sports, health, education and community programming, Special Olympics is tackling inactivity, intolerance, isolation and injustice that people throughout the world face, especially people with intellectual disabilities.
Special Olympics Rhode Island is one of the state’s most dynamic programs, providing over 1,600 year-round sports training and athletic competition opportunities to more than 4,000 children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics Rhode Island hosts over 40 statewide tournaments and competitions each year in 20 official and demonstration sports.
