A Message From Brady Pendergast
I am once again partipating in the Unified Champion Schools Plunge for Special Olympics on March 22nd.
Dedicated to promoting social inclusion through shared sports training and competition experiences, Unified Sports joins people with and without intellectual disabilities on the same team. It was inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together is a quick path to friendship and understanding.
I was lucky this year to have my siblings Maddy and Brendan partipate on my adult Unified Rhody Rangers Team! We were UNDEFEATED!
I truly appreciate your on-going support for myself and my teammates. There is never any cost to the athletes who partipate in these programs. I would not have these opportunities if it wasn't for your generosity. Thank you, Brady
