Special Olympics Rhode Island will host the state TopGolf Tournament on July 24, 2025. In conjunction with the event, Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) members are invited to participate in a Tip-A-Cop fundraiser to raise awareness and support for Special Olympics athletes.

LETR volunteers will engage with guests, share information about the mission and impact of  Special Olympics, and encourage donations in the form of “tips.” Volunteers will also assist TopGolf wait staff throughout the event to enhance the experience for attendees and promote community involvement. LETR members’ experience will cap off by serving as medal presenters and tournament reception.

Suggested attire: LETR or department polo with khakis.
