A Message From Jolene Bianco

**Why Special Olympics Unified Sports Matters to Me** Special Olympics Unified Sports is more than just a program—it’s a movement that brings people together through the power of teamwork, inclusion, and shared purpose. For me, being part of Unified Sports has shown the incredible things that can happen when individuals of all abilities come together on the same team. I’ve seen confidence grow, friendships form, barriers break down, and joy shine through every practice and game. Unified Sports creates a place where everyone belongs. It empowers athletes with and without intellectual disabilities to challenge themselves, celebrate each other, and experience the true spirit of sportsmanship. The impact goes far beyond the field; it builds more inclusive classrooms, communities, and futures. By supporting this fundraiser, you’re helping make these opportunities possible—supporting athletes, expanding programs, and fostering a world where inclusion isn’t just an idea, but a lived reality. Thank you for believing in this mission and for helping create meaningful change, one team at a time.
