A Message From Nathaniel Whipple
I am both pleased and excited to share that I will be participating in the upcoming Torch Run Plunge to benefit Special Olympics Rhode Island. This event raises funds to support year-round sports training and competition opportunities for their athletes.
I have set a personal fundraising goal of $500 and am asking for your support in helping me reach it. Every contribution, regardless of the amount, directly supports the program. A program that promotes inclusion, confidence, teamwork, achievement, and most of all opportunity for these remarkable athletes.
Your generosity would be sincerely appreciated. If you are unable to contribute at this time, sharing this message with others would also be a meaningful way to help.
Thank you for considering supporting this important cause and for encouraging me as I participate in the Torch Run Plunge.
With gratitude,
Nate

In Support of Special Olympics RI
Special Olympics is a global movement that unleashes the human spirit through the transformative power and joy of sports, every day around the world. Through sports, health, education and community programming, Special Olympics is tackling inactivity, intolerance, isolation and injustice that people throughout the world face, especially people with intellectual disabilities.
Special Olympics Rhode Island is one of the state’s most dynamic programs, providing over 1,600 year-round sports training and athletic competition opportunities to more than 4,000 children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics Rhode Island hosts over 40 statewide tournaments and competitions each year in 20 official and demonstration sports.
