Please join us in supporting the greatest athletes in the world! Special Olympics RI means everything to us. It has provided Charlie with endless opportunities. As you may know, Charlie is now also playing unified sports at his high school. From a mother’s perspective, I see Charlie with his team mates and I see the great impact they have on each other’s lives. - not only on the court. but I see them giving each other high 5s in the hallway. I see them walking into school together. I see them cheering for each other, in fact – the whole school cheering for the whole team. They get together on weekends – outside of school. They laugh together, which builds the community and confidence. Most importantly, Charlie is doing what every other high schooler is doing with his friends and team mates. They are treating each other with the dignity and respect that everyone deserves. Because of your support, Special Olympics RI can continue to be a leader in this inclusion revolution!
