East Greenwich High School has been involved in unified sports for 16 years. Our school was one of the first to join the unified movement. We have grown immensely since its inception. We have a very active unified volleyball, basketball, and unified club. We also provide inclusive youth leadership opportunities, and whole school engagements throughout the school year. We spread our inclusion revolution to the elementary schools by doing a reading program with younger grades. We have also run a unified summer camp for the last 3 years which brings our community and beyond together to witness what inclusive camp can look like for all. We continue to evolve in so many areas and it is a movement that many members of our student body want to be a part of. Please consider donating to our campaign. We want to continue to spread the word of inclusion not only to our school activities but with other schools as well. We want to continue hosting pizza parties after the games, involve our opponents in our Senior Nights, do after school inclusive activities and even host other events to provide rich opportunities that lead to meaningful change in creating a socially inclusive school that supports and engages all learners. Please help us continue our mission of raising funds for our school so we can continue to provide opportunities for all those that rely on us to help make a difference in our school and choose to include.
