My name is Kerri-Ann McWilliams, and I am a correctional officer and member of the Rhode Island Brotherhood of Correctional Officers Honor Guard. I'm walking to raise money for the Special Olympics because I believe in the power of inclusion and the transformative impact of sports on people with intellectual disabilities. The Special Olympics provides these athletes with opportunities to develop physical fitness, gain confidence, and build lasting friendships. By supporting this cause, I hope to help these remarkable individuals continue to thrive, empowering them to reach their full potential both on and off the field. Every step I take brings us closer to a world where everyone is valued and included.
