It is my favorite time of year again! I have been plunging with my family for many years now and it has become such an important tradition to me over the years. I also have participated in many special Olympic Games and events as part of my professional career and for fun. This event holds a special place in my heart and this year is even more special because I was nominated as an excelsior- please help me on reaching my goal as I prepare to plunge into the freezing cold water on New Year’s Day
