I am a retired Cpl with the East Providence Police Department, Law Enforcement Torch Run committee co-director and most importantly a parent of a Special Olympics Athlete. Our family has witnessed firsthand the amazing opportunities and personal growth in our son’s life because of Special Olympics RI. Participating is Special Olympics has helped him build confidence, make friends, have a sense of belonging, and feel included in opportunities by representing SORI and LETR. I will be plunging with the EPPD team along side of my son, Cote. Your donation will help provide sports and opportunities for the 4,000 athletes in RI. Thank you
