For me, plunging is about more than just a chilly dip - it's about supporting an incredible organization that empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities. I've been plunging since 2010, and being part of this community has been life-changing. And I'm still pumped about becoming a Penguin Plunge Excelsior in 2018.
